Wildlife Back Office Sales Support

Vectronic Aerospace clientele include government and state wildlife agencies, university researchers, national parks, zoos and non-government organizations like the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Wildlife Conservation Society.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Support the technical sales team with managing client accounts.
- Advising, receiving and checking product inquiries in the field of wildlife tracking and the subsequent coordination of projects with orders and deliveries.
- Preparation of customer-specific quotations, order processing, confirmation, production documentation and invoice documents.
- Direct email and phone communication with clients.
- Supervised by technical sales account managers and CEO
- Other tasks as assigned.

- The Vectronic Aerospace office in Coralville, Iowa seeks an exceptional individual to join our technical sales and support team to provide structured and reliable order processing of complex wildlife monitoring projects.
- This is an in-office position in Coralville, IA.
Qualifications and Skills
-
- A degree with a business background and an interest in scientific topics is desirable.
- Fluent with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to learn new computer software.
- Motivation to understand and explain the technical details of our highly specialized devices.
- Must be accurate.
- Professional experience in order processing and administration tasks.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proven strong communicator and enjoy working in a committed team.
- Reliable and have a systematic, organized and independent way of working.
